Junior Bowler Registration Form
Junior Bowlers are up to age 3-21. Special bumper leagues for the young ones.
Fill in the blanks on this form, and Super Bowl
Lanes will do the rest.
Junior Bowling starts the first weekend after
Labour Day in September and ends in April.
Juniors can bowl either Saturday morning or
Sunday morning , or Monday @ 4 pm.. Sat,
Sun and Monday's are separate leagues.
Cost is $12 and includes shoe rental, league
shirts, banquet ticket and trophies.
